BB Alert Security Services (Pty) Ltd. was established and incorporated on the 9th November, 1995 under the companies act No. 25 of 1967 and the company is limited.

The main objective of which the company was established were:

-To create job opportunity for Basotho Nationals train them in self sufficiency and to combat crime in all its forms.

-To operate as an investment holding company that is to say, as a company to earn revenue from all types of security services, also from investments which will to be to form and remain part of the fixed capital of the company.

-To act as a representative and agent for any kind type services related to security also to employ and train personnel and labour whether skilled or unskilled for all on any of the purpose and object herein as specified.
